- Deepfake films of actresses Rashmika Mandanna and Katrina Kaif have been spreading on social media, forcing the Delhi Police to issue a public warning and offer information on how to protect themselves from cybercrime.

The video was widely criticized by politicians and celebrities.
Netizens claimed that the video had been morphed and that the actual video was of an Indian-origin person living in the UK.
